1993 - 1997 : Consulting European transactions for Taiwan based stocklisted company.
1998 - 2010 : Bringing the parties together in a more-years chartering agreement of a Dutch-managed Russian vessel to operate in Mediterean waters.
2005 : Failed take-over bid of a Flemish Computerparts distribution- and import company, where we headed one of the syndicates & competed against an IBM related investors group.
2006 : Negociating with suppliers and investors in the setting up of the public transportation network in Kinshasa/R.D.C. (Republique Democratique du Congo). In this operation we brought together the designers of the masterplan (including the detailed logistic exploitation plan & the detailed route planning for Kinshasa) with a Dutch-based international bus-manufacturer.
2005 - 2008 : Active in bookkeeping business and business centra in Luxemburg, Belgium and the UK.
2011 : Mediating in placement financial capacity of 250M usd with international oil trader to enhance its buying capacity on the market.
