Pasion Consulting is mainly active in two fields. One, is to to act as an international consultant for business in the MENA countries (specifically the UAE for the Middle East and Tunisia for North Africa) and two, is to assist companies from out of Europe who wish to do business in Belgium & the UK.
1. Having been active for approximately five year's in a bookkeeping company and in four business centra (UK, Luxemburg, Belgium), we gained enough "know how" to assist companies/businesses to set up their business in Belgium and in the UK. We don't provide the service directly, but we introduce you to notarian's, lawyers, institutions, ministries, other legal entities, etc.
In that area we can help companies and advise them with the advantages of setting up business in those two areas & assist them with the setup of their respective business units.It is our mission to provide quality service, while maintaining a personal touch. We can, if required, locate companies on our business address in the UK and in Belgium. We do this through our company BC De Klinge Bvba, established in Flanders/Belgium and Pasion UK in Great Britain.
2. We are specialising on two important region's in the world as consultant for important contracts, that is The Emirates (for the Middle East) and Tunisia (for North Africa). We can assist companies to look for interesting investment opportunies and introduce them to interesting players on those markets, legal entities to assist them locally, bookkeeping companies, notarians, business lawyers, etc. We do this through our wide network of relations and contacts.
